Procedure
- Place removed nozzle in clean light oil and disassemble into nozzle body and needle valve.
- Clean them thoroughly.
- Check that the needle valve moves smoothly in the body.
- If it does not move smoothly, repair or replace the nozzle.
- Adjust injection pressure and spray condition using a nozzle tester and shim.
