Generac QuietPact 40 LP — Cleaning or Replacing the Paper Filter

Procedure
- Remove the paper filter.
- Clean the air filter by tapping it gently on a solid surface. If too dirty, replace it with a new one.
- Clean the air cleaner cover then reassemble following steps 7-9 in Section 3.3.1.
Specs & values
- Once each year or every 100 hours of operation, whichever comes first
- New replacement filter must be flame retardant
