Before you start
- Remain aware of people and objects around the unit during lifting.
Procedure
- Verify lifting equipment is in good condition and has sufficient capacity.
- Close and lock all hoods and doors and stow the lights.
- Verify the cradle locking pin is in place.
- Attach slings, chains, or hooks directly to the central lifting eye (A).
- Use the upper (B) or lower forklift pockets (C) with care, approaching perpendicular.
