Generac MLT3060K / MLT3060M — Jack Maintenance

Before you start

  • Perform at least annually.

Procedure

  1. Apply a small amount of automotive grease to the internal gearing (jack cover or grease point).
  2. Rotate the jack handle to distribute the grease evenly.
  3. Apply lightweight oil to the handle unit at both sides of the tube (side-wind).
  4. Lubricate the axle bolt and caster wheel nut assembly with lightweight oil.
  5. For top-wind models, apply lightweight oil to the screw stem.
