Before you start
- Read safety instructions before working.
Procedure
- Ensure generator is OFF and cannot be accidentally started.
- Disconnect battery.
- Remove power terminal box cover.
- Remove all terminal box connections and cables.
- Use multimeter to check continuity between winding connections.
- If continuity is detected, send generator to factory or have stator rewound.
