Procedure

  1. Close raw water stop cock.
  2. Remove cover of raw water pump by loosening four wing screws.
  3. Mark impeller position; pull impeller from shaft with multigrip pliers.
  4. Check impeller for damage and replace if necessary.
  5. Lubricate impeller with glycerin or non-mineral oil based lubricant.
  6. Fit impeller in correct position and fasten cover with new gasket.
