Maintenance

Applies to: Fischer Panda Panda_4000s, Fischer Panda Panda_4000s SC PMS, Farymann 18W430 engine

Before you start

  • Maximum fill level is the max mark.

Procedure

  1. Ensure generator is aligned horizontally to all sides.
  2. Fill external expansion tank with coolant to max mark.
  3. Temporarily open cover of external expansion tank.
  4. Ensure at least 1/3 coolant remains in expansion tank during filling.
  5. When coolant level stops dropping, disconnect oil pressure switch.
  6. Turn remote control panel on and let coolant pump run at least 10 minutes.
  7. Turn panel off, reconnect oil pressure switch, fill expansion tank to max, close tank.
