Before you start
- Never switch off battery until generator has stopped.
Procedure
- Switch off load.
- If load is higher than 70% nominal, stabilise temperatures by running without load at least 5 minutes.
- At ambient temperatures over 25°C, run at least 5 minutes without load before stopping.
- Press OFF button and switch off generator.
- Activate additional switches such as battery switch and fuel stop valve.
- If necessary, close sea cock.
