Before you start

  • Impeller may dissolve quickly if installed incorrectly.

Procedure

  1. Close raw water stop cock.
  2. Remove pump cover by loosening four wing screws.
  3. Pull impeller from shaft with multigrip pliers.
  4. Check impeller for damage and replace if necessary.
  5. Lubricate impeller with glycerin or non-mineral oil/silicone spray.
  6. Mark impeller for correct reinstallation.
  7. Reinstall impeller in correct position.
  8. Fasten cover with a new gasket.
