Before you start

  • Ensure generator cannot be started accidentally; remove battery main switch.

Procedure

  1. Open the capsule.
  2. Remove the three hex screws using a 7 mm socket wrench.
  3. Remove the glow plug connector.
  4. Loosen the glow plug using a long 10 mm socket.
  5. Remove the glow plug.
  6. To reinstall, reverse the order of steps.
