Before you start
- Charged capacitors can be lethal.
- Never check capacitors while the generator motor is running.
Procedure
- Switch off generator and remove starter battery.
- Open the AC-Control Box.
- Bridge capacitor contacts with insulated screwdriver to discharge.
- Measure capacity with multimeter set to capacitor measuring.
- Check all capacitors in the electrical cabinet.
