Procedure

1. Disconnect and connect battery cables, engine wiring harness, fuel lines, exhaust hose, coolant hoses
2. Drain and refill engine fluids
3. Remove and install soundshield, coolant pump drive belt, coolant pumps, coolant hoses
4. Remove and install intake resonator, fuel injection supply and return lines, governor actuator stator
5. Remove and install valve cover rocker assembly and pushrods, exhaust manifold, intake manifold, cylinder head and gasket
6. Remove and install caps, spring collet/retainer/spring, stem seal, valve
7. Clean carbon off cylinder head, tops of pistons, around valve ports
8. Lap valves of valve seats
9. Torque cylinder head
10. Adjust valve lash
11. Test run unit
