Before you start
- Hot coolant spray can cause severe burns; let engine cool before releasing pressure cap.
Procedure
- Disconnect negative battery cable.
- Let genset cool down and drain cooling system.
- Remove radiator access cover on back of base.
- Disconnect two radiator hoses and withdraw radiator out side opening.
Specs & values
- Replace foam sealing strips around base opening if damaged.
- Tighten screws to specifications.
