Before you start
- Hot shutdown under load should be avoided to prolong reliability; it results in a Hot Shutdown Warning.
- Pressing the Stop button twice stops the set immediately without a cool down run.
Procedure
- Remove the load.
- Open the main circuit breaker.
- Press the Stop button on the HMI operator panel.
- This initiates the generator set cool down run; the countdown timer is displayed.
- Once the cool down timer expires, the generator set shuts off and enters Off mode.
