Before you start
- Apply force only to the bearing inner race to avoid damage.
Procedure
- Remove the stator, then the drive pulley.
- Pull the rotor straight out to the front.
- Catch the wave washer so it can be reused.
- Lubricate bearing bores with molybdenum disulfide paste.
- Install new bearings using adhesive and primer; press to shaft shoulder.
