Cummins/Onan N52 — Check Valve Clearance

Procedure

  1. Set valve clearance to .003" on intake and .012" on exhaust.
  2. Place one cylinder on compression stroke and adjust those valves.
  3. Turn crankshaft one full turn placing other cylinder on compression and adjust its valves.

  • Valve tappet adjusting wrench 420-0139 Amazon
