Before you start
- Adjusting screws near rotating belts and pulleys; be careful not to get hands near pulleys and belts.
Procedure
- Remove governor actuator to allow full fuel rack, leave connected to avoid Fault No. 19.
- Disconnect fuel pump and power directly with 12 volt battery.
- Disconnect all loads and start genset.
- Adjust stop screws to obtain 67.3-68.3 Hertz (2019-2049 rpm).
- Seal adjusting threads with paint.
- Re-install all removed or disconnected components.
