Before you start
- Make the compartment walls vapor tight to the interior of the vehicle to prevent exhaust fumes from entering the living quarters.
Procedure
- Carefully measure the compartment to provide proper clearance for the generator set.
- Make holes in the bottom of the compartment for genset mounting, air outlet and oil drain.
- Put holes in the compartment for the fuel line, battery cable, remote control harness and AC conduit.
- Mount the generator set in the compartment with four 1/2-inch diameter bolts and nuts.
