Procedure
- Disconnect and connect battery cables, engine wiring harness, fuel lines, exhaust hose, coolant hoses
- Drain and refill engine fluids
- Remove and install soundshield, starter, generator drive belt, engine coupling assembly and drive belt, flywheel
- Remove and install generator pulley, intake resonator, generator air inlet duct, brush block assembly
- Remove and install cooling fan, end bell/bearing carrier, main stator, main rotor assembly
- Remove and install engine/generator mounts, engine/generator adapter plate
- Check brush alignment
- Test run unit
