Procedure

1. Remove water inlet fitting, drive belt pulley, cover screws, and pump cover gasket.
2. Unscrew threaded impeller from pump shaft by turning counterclockwise when facing impeller.
3. Slide seal seat, wear face, and bellows assembly off the shaft.
4. Loosen clamp screw and slide pump body off the pedestal.
5. Remove bearing lock ring and drive shaft and bearing assembly out of pedestal.
6. Bearing is press fit on shaft and comes off integral; packed with lifelong lubricant.
