Procedure

1. Disconnect and connect choke cable, governor linkage, electrical wiring
2. Remove and install housings, flywheel and stator, starter
3. Remove and install intake manifold, exhaust manifold, cylinder head, oil base
4. Remove and install balance shaft assembly
5. Test run engine
