Oil By-Pass - Inspect and Reuse (Horizontal) maintenance
  1. Disconnect and connect electrical wiring
  2. Remove and install oil by-pass bolt, washer, by-pass spring, by-pass ball bearing
  3. Clean and visually inspect bore, ball, spring
  4. Test run unit
Oil By-Pass - Inspect and Reuse (Vert) maintenance
  1. Disconnect and connect choke cable, governor linkage, electrical wiring
  2. Remove and install oil base cover and o-ring, retaining spring, by-pass spring, by-pass ball bearing
  3. Clean and visually inspect
  4. Test run unit
Oil Filter, Full Flow - Replace maintenance
  1. Remove and install oil filter, rubber filter gasket
  2. Fill oil pan
  3. Check for oil leaks
  4. Test run unit
Spark Plug - Remove and Install maintenance
  1. Disconnect and connect spark plug wire
