Before you start
- Afterboil can force large amounts of coolant through the pressure cap and coolant recovery tank. Always let the engine cool down before stopping the generator set.
Procedure
- Disconnect all electrical loads and disengage the PTO, if equipped.
- Let the generator set run without load and cool down for 2 minutes.
- Push and release stop on the digital display or control switch.
- Check for loss of coolant after every emergency stop or fault shutdown; refill and clean up as necessary.
