Before you start
- Do not disassemble the oil pump if it has been working properly.
Procedure
- Detach the intake cup assembly.
- Unscrew oil pump assembly from intake cup.
- Prime the pump with oil before reinstalling.
- Fit pump with one of the thinner gaskets supplied in the repair kit.
