Before you start
- Check oil pressure gauge before making any other test.
Procedure
- Warm engine thoroughly.
- Loosen locknut on slotted stud near breather tube.
- Turn stud inward to increase, outward to decrease pressure.
- Tighten locknut securely after adjustment.
Specs & values
- Oil pressure readings should be between 20 and 35 psi (138 - 241 kPa)
