Procedure
- Loosen the sea pump mounting bolts and slide pump along bolt slots.
- Apply a force of 15 pounds between pump pulley and engine pulley; belt should deflect about 1/2 inch.
- Tighten mounting bolts when tension is correct.

- 1/2 inch (13 mm) deflection at 15 lb (67 N) force
