Procedure

  1. Run the compressor unloaded for 3 minutes.
  2. Stop the compressor. Switch off the voltage. Unscrew oil filler plug (FC) one turn only to release system pressure.
  3. Remove vent plug (VP), wait 5 minutes, remove drain plug (DP2) and catch the oil in a receptacle.
  4. Remove the oil filters (OF).
  5. Clean the filter seats on the manifold. Oil the gaskets of the new elements. Screw in until gaskets contact their seats, then tighten by hand (approx. half a turn).
  6. Drain the oil by removing drain plugs (DP1 and DP3); collect the oil and deliver it to the local oil collection service.
  7. Reinstall plugs (DP1 up to DP3) and fill the air receiver with oil until the level reaches the filler plug opening.
  8. Run the compressor for a few minutes; stop, wait a few minutes, depressurize, top up oil to the filler plug opening and tighten plug (FC).
