    Fix: Visually inspect for loose connections, faulty diodes, etc. Check ok? Yes; Do not replace Voitage Regulator Replace Voltage Regulator VR21. ACAUTION VR21 until external trouble has been corrected to avoid possible damage to new regulator board.
