| The genset control continuously monitors engine sensors for abnormal conditions, such as low oil pressure and high coolant temperature. | If any of these conditions occur, the control will light a yellow Warning lamp or a red Shutdown lamp and display a message on the graphical display panel. |
| The shutdown status indicator is lit whenever the control detects a shutdown condition. | After the condition is corrected, the shutdown indicator can be reset by turning the O/Manual/Auto switch to the O (off) position, and pressing the Fault Acknowledge button. The generator set can not be started when this lamp is on. |
| The warning status indicator is lit whenever the control detects a warning condition. | After the condition is corrected, the warning indicator can be reset by pressing the Fault Acknowledge button. (It is not necessary to stop the generator set if the fault becomes inactive during genset operation.) |
