Yamaha EF1000iS — Stopping the Engine

Operation

For the Yamaha EF1000iS, from the Yamaha owner's manual.

Procedure

1. Turn off any electric devices
2. Turn the economy control switch to OFF
3. Disconnect any electric devices
4. Turn the engine switch to STOP
5. Turn the fuel cock knob to OFF
6. Turn the fuel tank cap air vent knob clockwise until finger-tight after the engine has cooled
