Before you start
- Do not bend, twist, or apply pressure to float body
Procedure
- Install fuel valve seat and fibre washer with C161-85 wrench
- Install main discharge jet with small screwdriver
- Install fuel valve needle, float, and float axle
- Check float setting
- Install bowl-to-body gasket
- Install idle adjusting needle and spring
