Procedure
- Install main jet and fibre washer in fuel bowl
- Install new choke shaft seal and retainer
- Reassemble choke bracket, lever, and shaft
- Install choke plate and screws
- Install new throttle shaft seals and retainers
- Install throttle shaft and lever
- Install throttle plate and screws
- Install fuel valve seat, needle, float, and axle
