Wisconsin — Oil Pressure Relief Valve Removal and Installation

Procedure

1. Unscrew hex adapter and remove expansion plug from adapter
2. With a 3/16 inch Allen wrench, remove outer adjustment lockscrew
3. Insert a 1/4 inch rod into the cross hole in valve body
4. Turn counter-clockwise for removal
5. Do not use a pipe wrench or pliers to remove valve body
6. In reassembly: use new 'O' ring in valve body
7. Apply sealer to threads of hex adapter
8. Assemble expansion plug after adjusting pressure
