Before you start
- Battery located near potentially live AC terminals - risk of electrocution
Procedure
- Disconnect main battery and spark plug wire, open receptacle panel
- Pry back plate off meter using top slot
- Pull out old battery with needle nose pliers
- Install new battery positive side down between connections
- Replace back plate and secure receptacle panel
- Reconnect unit's main battery
