Procedure
- Set circuit breakers properly
- Move fuel shutoff valve to ON
- Move choke lever to ON
- Push engine control switch to RUN
- Pull recoil handle slowly until resistance, then apply rapid pull
- As engine stabilizes, gradually move choke to OFF
