Before you start
- Never use gasoline or flammable solvents to clean filter
- Allow filter to dry completely before reinstalling
Procedure
- Turn off generator and let cool.
- Move generator to flat level surface.
- Unclip clips on top and bottom of air filter cover.
- Remove air filter cover.
- Remove air filter element.
- Clean filter with household detergent soap and water.
- Allow filter to dry completely.
- Reinstall filter in cover.
- Reinstall air filter cover and secure clips.
