Westerbeke 90A FOUR — Replacing the Thermostat
Maintenance
For the Westerbeke 90A FOUR, from the Westerbeke operator's manual.
Procedure
- Remove the cap screws and disassemble the thermostat housing.
- Apply a thin coat of sealant on both sides of the new gasket.
- Press the new gasket and thermostat into place.
- Do not over-tighten the cap screws.
- Run the engine and check for normal temperatures and no leaks at the thermostat housing.
