Before you start

  • Dispose of oil and coolant in accordance with applicable environmental regulations

Procedure

  1. Mark up and loosen all cabling and terminal boxes. Loosen the exhaust bend.
  2. Drain and collect the remaining oil and coolant.
  3. Remove the air filter and crankcase ventilation hose.
  4. Remove the hose between the turbocharger and the air filter.
  5. Remove the mounting nuts and the turbo charger.
  6. Remove the oil pressure pipe, oil return pipe, and charger air pipe.
