For these models: 1.5MAJ-224R, 1.5MAJ-232R, 2.5MAJ-1R, 2.5MAJ-3R.

Procedure

  1. Remove the valve compartment cover
  2. Remove all grinding dust from engine parts and place each valve in its proper location
  3. Lightly oil the valve stems
  4. Assemble all parts removed
  5. Adjust the valve tappet clearance

Tools required

  • Valve compressor tool
