Before you start

Procedure

  1. 2) The cylinder head bolt will stretch and deform between 0.2~0.6mm after tightening.
  2. The bolt can’t be reuse if the length over 160.5mm.
  3. 3) Install the valve oil seal.
  4. NOTE:
  5. • The engine MUST be barred over three complete rotations before starting the
  6. engine once new cylinder heads are installed.
