Procedure
- Install the turbocharger gasket to the exhaust manifold flange.
- Install the gasket on the exhaust manifold flange to install the turbocharger assembly.
- Loosely install the style 2 all-metal hexagon lock nuts and tighten them.
- Apply a proper amount of clean lubricating oil to the turbocharger intake port and wipe excess oil.
- Install the gasket, studs and connect the muffler.
Specs & values
- All the gaskets can only be used for once and shall be replaced when repairing.
