Before you start
- If cylinder heads were removed, do not tighten until after intake manifold is installed to prevent coolant leaks
Procedure
- Remove air filter fixing bolts, loosen clamps, remove air filter and connecting hose
- Loosen clamps to remove connecting pipe
- Loosen bolts fixing mixer and flange; take mixer and gasket down
- Loosen bolts fixing throttle and adapter; remove adapter
- Loosen bolts fixing throttle and air intake elbow; remove throttle and gasket
- Loosen bolts fixing air intake elbow and manifold; remove elbow and gasket
- Remove exhaust manifold bolts; take exhaust manifold and gaskets down
- Remove air intake manifold bolts; take intake manifold and gaskets down
