Procedure
- Rotate crankshaft to 'OT'; make sure first cylinder piston is in compression stroke
- Remove bolt #10 and take the cover plate down
- Remove nut #3 and washer #14
- Adjust toothed disc #15 to align the 'TDC' line with the center of camshaft sensor
- Install washer #14 and tighten nut #13 to 90±4 N.m
- Install cover plate #12 and tighten bolts
Specs & values
- Nut #13 torque 90±4 N.m
- Clearance between phase sensor and gear 0.8mm~1.5mm
