Before you start
- Ensure alignment pin is at 3 o'clock and alignment flange oriented correctly over pin
Procedure
- Clean debris from front of PTO and back of housing cover.
- Lubricate the 5 O-rings with motor oil.
- Apply 5W30 oil onto both seals on rear of PTO front cover.
- Apply gray RTV around edge of rear PTO housing cover.
- Place cover onto PTO assembly, hand tighten all nine bolts.
- Torque nine bolts to 18 ft/lbs in sequence.
- Apply white thread sealant to bottom oil plug, torque to 22 ft/lbs.
- Fill PTO assembly with 200 ml of 5W30 oil.

- Bottom oil plug 22 ft/lbs
- PTO oil fill 200 ml 5W30
