Before you start
- Before leaving or servicing machine, stop on level surface and set parking brake
Procedure
- Stop the engine and set the machine parking brake.
- Fill the fuel tank.
- Open the side and top engine access doors.
- Open the air vent on top of the fuel filter mounted on engine.
- Start engine and run one minute; or crank starter in ten-second intervals until steady fuel flows from vent.
- Close the air vent.
- Close the access doors.
