Procedure
- Open the platform control box.
- Pull out the red Emergency Stop button to the on position at both the ground and platform controls.
- Turn the key switch to platform control. Do not start the engine.
- Select a joystick to calibrate.
- Disconnect the wire harness connector from the joystick for approximately 10 seconds or until the alarm sounds. Connect the wire harness connector to the joystick.
- Move the joystick full stroke in either direction and hold for 5 seconds.
- Return the joystick to the neutral position, pause for a moment, then move the joystick full stroke in the opposite direction. Hold for 5 seconds and return the joystick to the neutral position.
- Repeat this procedure for each joystick controlled machine function including the thumb rocker steer switch.
