Before you start

  • Ensure all fuel system work is performed by authorized personnel with proper training.

Procedure

  1. Isolate the fuel supply.
  2. Place suitable container below fuel transfer pump to catch spilled fuel.
  3. Remove plastic tube assembly from fuel transfer pump.
  4. Disconnect plastic tube assembly from outlet of fuel transfer pump.
  5. Remove connector from fuel transfer pump.
  6. Remove O-ring seal from connector.
