Perkins — Fuel System Priming and Inspection

For these Perkins models: 1103, 1104.

Applies to: Perkins 1104

Procedure

  1. Run motor until fuel free from air comes from connections.
  2. Tighten connections for fuel injectors.
  3. Refer to Specifications for Fuel Injection Lines torque.
  4. Operate engine and check for leaks.
  5. Fit valve mechanism cover.
