Before you start
- If the original seat washer is reused, the projection of the fuel injector will be incorrect.
Procedure
- Install a new seat washer (5) in the cylinder head.
- Install a new O-ring seal (6) on fuel injector (4). Install fuel injector (4) in the cylinder head.
- Position clamp (2) on fuel injector (4). Install setscrew (3). Tighten to 35 N·m (25 lb ft). Remove cap (1) before installing fuel injection lines.
