Perkins — Fuel Injection System Installation

For these Perkins models: 1103, 1104.

Procedure

  1. Refer to Specifications for correct Fuel Injection Pump torque.
  2. Install high pressure fuel lines on fuel injection pump.
  3. Eliminate all air from fuel system.
  4. Refer to Testing and Adjusting for Fuel System Prime.
